I didn’t set out to write a book… I set out to survive what felt like complete chaos.
One minute I was fine, the next I was dealing with hot flushes, brain fog, mood swings, and thinking “what on earth is happening to me?” — and honestly, no one had really prepared me for it.
So I did what I tend to do… I wrote it all down.
Peri Panic came from real moments, real conversations, and a lot of “this cannot just be me”. I wanted something that felt like a friend sitting next to you — not a clinical manual — something honest, a bit cheeky, and actually helpful.
Because this stage of life? It can feel confusing, overwhelming… and sometimes downright ridiculous.
But you’re not alone in it.
Now, I’m building the Chill & Cheers Menopause collection — books, journals, and tools designed to support women through this stage in a way that feels real, relatable, and (where we can) a little bit lighter.
If there’s one thing I want you to take from all of this, it’s this: 👉 You’re not losing yourself — you’re just going through a shift no one properly explained.
And we’re figuring it out together.
